If you think you would benefit from 1-2-1 (or 1-2-2, if there are two of you) yoga instruction I would be happy to facilitate that for you.  Either in the comfort of your own home or online through Zoom.

Sessions are an hour and this is your opportunity to focus on the areas you would like to work on.  And you would benefit so much for personal instruction.  We can work on flow yoga, yin yoga or a combination of the two.  If there is a particular physical area of concern we can look at strengthening that area or work to strengthen the areas around it.

These sessions will be yours alone and the focus will be on you.

A 1-2-1 yoga session in the most tranquil of settings in August 2022.  There was a light summer drizzle and we loved it!  We could have moved inside but we were so happy to be in the moment.

Cancellation policy: Out of respect for my time cancellations and postponements of less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the therapy price.  Classes and retreats are non-refundable.  Missed appointments, cancellations and postponements of less than 24 hours will be charged at 75% of the therapy price.

Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking.  This can either be by cash, card or through online payment.  This deposit will be refundable in line with the above cancellation policy.
