Focus on.... Vitamin D!

Public Health England tells us Vitamin D is especially important for older people, people with darker skin, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and those not exposed to much sunlight. So that's most office workers then!

Cancellation policy: Out of respect for my time cancellations and postponements of less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the therapy price.  Classes and retreats are non-refundable.  Missed appointments, cancellations and postponements of less than 24 hours will be charged at 75% of the therapy price.

Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking.  This can either be by cash, card or through online payment.  This deposit will be refundable in line with the above cancellation policy.
