Fibre is a vital part of a healthy diet, but it’s not always easy to obtain as much daily fibre as we need. As part of a healthy diet, experts recommend consuming a minimum of at least 20-35 grams of dietary fibre each day, but many people get less than half that amount in their diet.

Cancellation policy: Out of respect for my time cancellations and postponements of less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the therapy price.  Classes and retreats are non-refundable.  Missed appointments, cancellations and postponements of less than 24 hours will be charged at 75% of the therapy price.

Deposit policy: A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of booking.  This can either be by cash, card or through online payment.  This deposit will be refundable in line with the above cancellation policy.
